This new fall tradition celebrates everything that makes our historic downtown special, including friendly faces, local businesses, live music, handcrafted goods, delicious food, and the simple joy of gathering together. "10 Years Under the Lights" is a one-of-a-kind community dinner celebrating a decade of downtown revitalization. On Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m., supporters will gather beneath the glow of the iconic Company Street bistro lights for an unforgettable evening honoring ten years of progress, partnerships, and the people who have helped transform Historic Downtown Wetumpka into one of Alabama's most beloved small-town destinations.

Guests will enjoy a picturesque dinner on beautiful Company Street, live entertainment, local flavor, and a memorable celebration recognizing the businesses, volunteers, partners, and supporters whose dedication has shaped downtown's remarkable revival. More than just a dinner, 10 Years Under the Lights is a once-in-a-decade opportunity to reflect on how far our community has come while celebrating the bright future that lies ahead.

This event is 21+ and tickets are $125 per person.

Proceeds from 10 Years Under the Lights will support Main Street Wetumpka's ongoing mission to preserve, promote, and revitalize Historic Downtown Wetumpka, ensuring continued investment in the heart of our community for years to come.

On this special night, the streets will come alive as participants from all around gather in their most captivating witchy attire (dressing up is HIGHLY encouraged). With pointed hats, flowing capes, and mystical accessories, attendees will embrace the magical theme, adding to the event’s unique charm.

Wander through the charming streets of Downtown Wetumpka, where participating shops & restaurants will extend their hours to offer sips, exclusive deals, discounts, and one-of-a-kind treasures.

*Witch Hat Contest Entry is from 5-6 pm in the Alleyway 105 Company Street! Winner will be announced on Facebook on October 16th!

This event is geared towards adults. If you are looking for a trick-or-treating opportunity for kids, join the City of Wetumpka for the Coosa Candy Crawl at the Sports Complex!
